Housing assembly is
designed to provide protection against weather and to protect
the motor and its internal components, also having easy opening
for inspection and maintenance.
Three phase motors used are fabricated under NEMA (MG-1,1998)
specifications, also meeting IEEE; Std 112 (R-1996) utilized for
efficiency determination. |

Recognized trademark ball bearings, integrated in cast iron
floor mounting bearing blocks, selected for long durability at
the highest rated RPM.
Supporting base motor bearings is fabricated with high
resistance galvanized steel.
Base motor assembly to the fan frame is supported by means of
antivibration blocks in order to reduce sound level and possible
vibration of drive which could be transferred to the structure
of the system.
Venturi-propeller assembly is designed to provide great
efficiency and sound level reduction.
Outlet-base is made of high resistance and large gage aluminum,
which provides rigidity to the assembly. With welded corners for
higher robustness.
In models 26-28-30 and 33 venturi inlet is made with highly rust
resistant galvanized metal sheet. |
